Designed for beginners and fitness junkies, TRX suspension training can easily be adapted to your fitness level – just adjust the intensity accordingly. TRX is simple. You only have to learn 7 basic movements: push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge, plank and rotate. Almost any regular exercise such as a push-up or plank can be more challenging with TRX.
